Donna Lipman After serving 3 years as a program leader with a well known international personal growth education corporation, Donna was introduced to the work of Debbie Ford and found it resonated with her vision for her life. Donna began her journey towards leadership through working with Debbie at the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching. Donna comes to life coaching and seminar leading after 15 years in business management, so she knows not only how to formulate a plan but how to create results. The personal training she received from Debbie Ford has made her adept at assisting her clients in creating a unique personalized blueprint for their lives allowing them to make sustainable inner and outer changes, achieving goals well beyond their perceived potential. Donna's main passion, however, has been in the area of pursuing personal peace through making conscious choices. To this end, she co-founded the New York chapter of the Windstar Foundation a not-for-profit environmental and educational foundation co-founded by the late John Denver. In 1989, Donna began a spiritual journey which took her around the world. It was during that time she met and married Australian entrepreneur, Terry Lipman. Together they moved to Aspen, Colorado where, among a number of initiatives, they directed Earth Voices, a not-for-profit organization established by the City of Aspen in collaboration with the United Nations Environmental Program, to produce a year long celebration of the World's indigenous peoples.
Terry and Donna also co-produced a series of John Denver's "Choices For The Future Symposia" as well as other educational workshops including "The Future of Education" led by Robert Kiyosaki and a "Celebration of the life of R. Buckminster Fuller." It has been through these activities that Donna and Terry have had the privilege of meeting and working with some of the world's greatest hearts and minds, producing a solid network to support this exciting chapter in their lives.
It is Donna's spiritual quest to become a world leader in the field of personal growth education and working with the TIERS of HEALING™ group as a team member and facilitator is providing the perfect platform and environment to forward this dream. What blessed opportunity to present this work to the world so that millions will be able to heal the pain of their losses and create their own brilliant futures!
